12. How long are your personal data kept?

For the processing of personal data relating to the management of e-commerce customers, store customers and prospects, including in particular the management of customer relations, the management of marketing campaigns, the monitoring of e-reservations in store, the management of defective products and package tracking, we will apply the following retention periods:

  • Personal Data relating to customers: duration of the contractual relationship increased by the legal limitation periods, i.e. 5 years;
